Over the past 30 years, due to regular moves while serving in the military, I've bought and sold five different homes. I recently closed with SAB and it is by far the best house I've ever owned and my best house-buying experience. And, every member of the SAB team went the extra mile to ensure every detail of my house was just the way I wanted it. SAB Homes is an outstanding builder with exceptional after-the-sale service! They totally stand behind their product, and provided superior workmanship for a handful of warranty claims we had on our new home. When I say “warranty claims”, I’m talking about some things our moving company damaged, like imperfections on walls, wood trim and thresholds, and EVERYTHING was repaired! For the few warranty claims related to HVAC, plumbing, etc., SAB dispatched the appropriate sub-contractor immediately, and everything was resolved to our satisfaction. It’s obvious to us, that the owner (Scott) is involved in all facets of the build, the sale and the follow-up actions related to customer concerns and warranty claims. When Scott showed up at our closing to personally thank us for the purchase, our realtor was totally surprised, and told us he’s never seen the owner of a major builder show up at a closing. We didn’t think too much about it, until we submitted our 3-month warranty claim and heard Scott on the phone, making sure the smallest of items was discussed, properly addressed, and scheduled.

We had an EXCELLENT experience with SAB and HIGHLY recommend SAB to anyone wanting an amazingly good quality built home AND phenomenal follow up and follow through! SAB is very easy to work with and they go above and beyond for their customers! Robert was a fabulous superintendent on our house. He and his crew did an amazing job on our beautiful home. And when we called him on the one or two extremely minor issues, he came right over to fix within minutes!! Adrienne has been incredibly helpful, making certain that everything inside and outside the house was to our standards and we were happy. Even Scott, the owner, came to our closing to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We did our research, went to several model homes, looked at several builders and know that there are many choices in builders, but in our opinion, you can't beat SAB's quality and price!!

Our experience with SAB was nothing short of exceptional. All our friends warned us that building a house is the most stressful thing you can do as a couple, and SAB made the process almost entirely stress free. Our designer Chelsey was perfect for us and our house turned out more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. I Love SAB Homes! They did a fantastic job on my house!! Scott Bamesberger is a skilled and talented builder. His plans use all the space and are affordable! During the summer of 2014 my wife and I purchased an SAB spec home that had just been completed in Overland Park, KS. In the prior two years we had just built a home in another metropolitan area in Iowa with a very high quality builder, and thought when we were moving back to the KC area that we would build again. We were fortunate enough to find the recently completed SAB home that had everything we wanted and in the area we wanted to live. First I will say that the SAB home we purchased is built with the utmost of care, and the best of quality. Everything about the home is quality, from the construction, finishes and clear to their attention to detail. We love the home. After we purchased the home and went through the inspection process, prior to closing, that is when I truly realized what a special organization SAB homes is.  Other small follow ups that have occurred after we moved in, they get right on and get them fixed to our satisfaction, and they fix them quickly. My wife and I could not be happier. SAB builds quality, beautiful, well constructed homes. More importantly, they have great individuals working for them. They are a quality organization building well constructed beautiful homes that I would encourage anyone to build with.
