Building your Dream Home in Kansas City

We purchased a new home last year. It has been 11 months and we have so few issues it is amazing. The few small issues that we had were resolved in days and the response is quick, professional and complete. Great people to work with.

We are so pleased with our SAB experience. The entire team - Tina, Kelsey, Sarah, Joanne, Tyler, Josh, everyone was responsive and professional. They are fun to work with, but most of all, made sure that we are happy with our new home. This builder constructs a quality home. Ours is “spec”, but has some really nice features included. We would highly recommend SAB to anyone looking to build or purchase a new home.

I just love SAB Homes!  Their quality is second to none!  After touring many local homes during the “Parade of Homes”, their craftsmanship stood out.  I was discovering all the homes I loved the most were built by SAB.  I’m pretty particular and knew what I wanted.  From the first hello to the final walk through, their communication was clear, staff was exceptional to work with, and they always let me know my options.  There’s nothing like thinking “shoot, I wish I would have known XYZ”.  Their project management style, contracts, and superintendent assigned to each build laid out timelines, deadlines, and goals so everything was crystal clear.  As for the integrity of the house, I followed the built closely and ANY questions I had, they were sure to address clearly and quickly.  And every time, they were actually going above and beyond, not making shortcuts like other builders.  The weekly updates with photos where the highlight of each passing week.  I’ve been in the home for just over three months.  Not one issue.  Believe me, I’ve tried to find fault but I just can’t.  Several of my new neighbor’s homes were also built by SAB and not a single one have had anything but glowing reviews for them!  I couldn’t love my home more and will forever recommend SAB Homes!

My name is Joe DeSimone and I reside in the Villages of Forest Hills.  My wife and I moved in a bit over one week ago.  Our experience working with SAB Homes and Gary has been a great experience.  Our house is extremely well built.  We were amazed by the quality and attention to detail in our home.  The very, very few minor issues we had were addressed immediately and efficiently.  This is our sixth house purchase and by far our best purchase and purchasing experience.  I would strongly encourage anyone interested in buying a home to include SAB as part of their buying process.

I have nothing but good things to say about SAB.  There are so many decisions that go into building a home and it can be overwhelming, but everyone at SAB was so patient and responsive to our questions and concerns (shout out to Robert for being awesome to work with!).  The way they do selections is fantastic.  They make the process easy and their design studio is great!  It was one of my favorite parts of building.  And then there are the homes - they do such excellent work.  We did a lot of research and looked at multiple builders and kept coming back to SAB.  I am so glad that we did - our home is beautiful and we are in love with how it came together and all of the beautiful details.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Our experience building with SAB has been great.  The quality we are getting is impeccable.  They take pride in their work and they care about their craft.  Everyone at SAB, from the office to the field, has been very helpful and accommodating to work with.  I would highly recommend SAB if you are planning to build a home!

I’ve been in my new home for two weeks and love it.  Working with Kelsey, Gary and Talby has been great.  Walk through was the best ever and all items were fixed.  I would have changed a few small items if I had bought the house prior to completion but happy over all.  Great bunch to work with.
